MacDonald's journey back to Arsenal 23 years onEarlier this month, Pauline MacDonald joined Arsenal as the club's new Player Pathway Manager, taking over from James Honeyman, who departed in February. MacDonald is a former Scotland captain who played for Arsenal for three and a half seasons from 1999 until 2003. MacDonald has extensive experience in youth development, player pathways and education for elite young players.
